AI-generated outputs

The Service may generate suggested answers based on information you provide and the form context you request. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before submitting them to any third party.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Fillr and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers to function (for example, AI inference). Your use of those components may be subject to additional terms. See our Subprocessors page.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILLR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILLR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
